In October 2025, we exported a set of wire hanger machines to Haiti, helping this customer produce wire hangers for sale to generate profits.
Customer background and requirements
The Haitian customer operates a small local factory that processes daily necessities and plans to expand into hanger production to meet the growing market demand for metal hangers. The customer requires a machine that is easy to operate, stable and durable, capable of processing galvanized iron wire and black iron wire.
Additionally, the hanger making machine must be rated for 220V, 60Hz, three-phase power to match the local factory’s electrical environment.
Shuliy solution
Based on the client’s requirements, we recommended a 1.5kW wire hanger machine with a production capacity of 18–25 hangers per minute. Capable of processing 1.8–2.8mm wire, this compact and stable machine is ideal for small factories and startup clients.
We customized the voltage to the client’s specifications and provided operational videos along with a mold solution package to facilitate faster production ramp-up.
Machine testing and shipping
After assembly, we conducted comprehensive testing on critical processes, including wire feeding, forming, and twisting to ensure precise hanger formation and consistent appearance. The client was highly satisfied with the test videos, promptly confirmed the order. We subsequently packaged and shipped the equipment at an FOB price.
